Celestial small, soft pads hit the cold, morning ground with a slight thud. Her eyes scanned the area, searching for any other signs of life. She would make sure that this area was cleared of trespassers and that the only wolves were those who wished to join. Sudden;y, Celestial's eyes narrowed as she spotted a flash of movement in the corner of her right eye. Slowly and as quiet as a mouse, Celestial inched forward. Her head was kept low to the ground and she lowered to her hind legs. She placed one paw forward at a time and soon was inches away. In a quick movement, Celestial pounced atop the bushes. Shrieks and cries filled the air, but were soon cut off as Celestial ended the life of her prey. A few seconds later, Celestial reappeared, with a snow white hare in her jaws. Spots of blood soaked her fangs as she sunk her jaws in tighter to make sure her prey was dead. Once reassured, Celestial began feasting upon her light snack. In a couple of minutes she was done, all that was left was bones and fur. Promptly, Celestial licked her chomps and then got to her feet once more. Lightly, Celestial threw back her head and released a thunderous howl. She wanted all the packs in the area to know that her pack, well what was starting of it, resided here and that she wouldn't tolerate any trespassers. Once done, Celestial padded over to a tree in the clearing. She lowered to her haunches and rested, waiting for something to happen.
