A hideously distorted figure looked back at itself in the water that seemed never ending; as if to go on forever. The crystal-clear water was covered with millions of ripples; distorting any image that looked into it. Fish of plenty swam in the shallows, but only the small ones. A chilling wind was sweeping across the land, but it was no match for the figure that laid before the pond, a figure that had lived its life on the tundra- alone and always shadowed. A toad croaked before splashing into the water and disappearing out of site in the stalks of water reeds that seemed to flourish in the shallows. A large black paw swatted the water with tremendous force, with outstretched talons that did not good. Long, sleek, and sharp talons were for slicing and cutting, not for going through water. With an outraged howl the huge black paws was pulled back, connected to a black pillar of muscle that eventually led up to a large black and natural red wolf. In a split second, with speed unnatural for a creature his size, he was up and standing on all fours. The rays of the moon lit up the charcoal pelt of the massive brute that it radiated and shined, his dark orbs however never reflected it. Revenge. Revenge could drive anyone or anything to do crazy things. Maybe being alone for so long, shunned out by his own sister and pack because they feared for Shadow's pups; the future of the arctic pack. Maybe it was all this time he had to think about how to kill her, like they tried to kill him that distorted his mind, making every moment one soaked with blood lust and a lust for killing. However, he was able to restrain himself, especially when a strong fact hit his thick cranium. If he was to kill her, he would need help. He would need someone who was like him, someone with the same views... But he figured no one in this world or another was like him. He was a beast. A feared creature of humanity. As a small butterfly came fluttering by, out too late for some strange reason, a black paw came up quickly to swat at it, killing in instantly. Large ivory hued canines shined viciously in the light and sharp as daggers. With a malicious looking facade he tore the wings off the butterfly too delicately for his own liking before flinging them into the air for his own disgusting fun. "She'll die. She'll die like the rest of the lot. She won't be lucky anymore. No. I will have my revenge even if I die trying!" His howl was loud, the anger in it was heard by any creatures still up; silencing them, and for those sleeping they awoke frightened. The wolf named Kohl turned his massive cranium back towards the water with the wind blowing in his face and ruffling his fluffy pelt. Glancing down with literally the eyes of death themselves he growled lowly, swatting his image once more with his paw as she sat on his haunches, staring into the sky wondering and planning like the devil's incarnate himself. Kaluna padded slowly through the land, a chilled breeze ruffling her thick pelt. The cold was nothing to her, it was weak and pathetic and she disliked both of those factors. weakness had no place in this cruel world, a world that twisted and maimed everything that dared to inhabit it. However Kaluna was content in what she had, she was content with her life. That wasn't to say she didn't want more but for now she cared not.
She turned her head toward the sky, to the moon, the glowing orb that lit the land she now treaded. Her bi-colored ears twitched this way and that, Kaluna swiveled her head around with lighting speed, a howl. A wicked sneer crossed her maw and she set off toward the call at a steady trot, she was in no rush and no one in this land she called home could make her do anything. She didn't even bother with her usual stealth, no need to. She continued on never speeding up. Even at her slow pace it took not long to reach the pool in her home. A slight smile tugged across her scared muzzle for across the lake stood the lone caller. She trotted over to the lake and sat down in the shallows, golden eyes fixed firmly on the new comer.
She raised her head and opened her maw letting out a chilling howl that cut through the night like a dagger would flesh. Once done she dropped her head she once more looked at the lone figure across the body of moonlit water. "And who might you be?" Her tone was full of hate and cruelty, though if one were to look deep enough they may also discover the curiosity that she once held as a pup but which now is confined to the depths of her being.

Finally, he was used to the wind; indifferent. He scolded himself for even being cold. He should never feel cold, he grew up in the cold, he fended for himself there and this was nothing. Now he looked at it with a different view. Annoyance. The cold was something that could be easily overcome. A sharp scent reached a blackened moist nose and triggered something in the males mind as he looked into the direction.
He felt no danger, he just sat there, content. Lies. No, not really content, but content enough at the moment before he began to seek out something else for his own cruel fun. Still, at that very moment his mind was still plotting, still thinking of ways to kill his sister, and what he would do to her afterwards, as well as before. A smirk fell across his facade, his voids dark and mysterious, and full of his sadistic humor over what he was thinking at the moment.
Slowly, he turned his large head, his dark voids staring directly at the female. He could see her, in the water, he could see her form, but he could not see her pelt clearly, just like she would not be able to see his. Her voids stared relentlessly at him, shining a wonderful golden color. Another smirk fell over him as he considered his many, many options. Above, the clouds covered the moon and many little clouds began to block the stars; drowning them in darkness, just like it should be.
"And who might you be?"
Her tone, full of hate and cruelty, just like his own rang out into the air. After a moment of thought Kohl replied, "I have no need to tell you my f.cking name or who I even am." Slowly, his massive body rose into the air and began walking over to the female. His paws hit the ground heavily, but soundlessly. "You see, I have no reason to answer to you." He said, his voids full of malice as he closed the gap between them.

Kaluna sat eying the fish the at this moment was making a foolish mistake and one that was about to cost it it's life. She watched it golden eyes studying, waiting for the correct moment for her to strike, it came and in a flash she flicked her paw to the side firing the fish out of the water. She caught it in her maw and bit down, killing it, she threw it to the side uncaringly, she had no need nor desire for the slippery creature to become part of her meal.
She lifted her head, turning her attention back to the male. Though the sudden absence of light made it harder for her to define his figure. She snorted in amusement, this male was taking his own sweet time in answering her if he failed to answer her soon then... Well she would do what she did best and that was fight, she did prefer to mock others but a good fight gave her just as much pleasure.
"I have no need to tell you my f.cking name or who I even am... You see, I have no reason to answer to you."
Kaluna rolled her eyes slightly at the males words, she had no time for those who would speak in such a way. She watched him approach her, lessening the distance they held between each other. Lifting herself up she started toward him, she had met wolves like this one before and she didn't much care for the attitude they held. "Granted you have no need to tell me, no one has need to do anything yet they do." She sneered slightly, the dark all but concealing her gesture. "For example, you have no need to be on this land which belongs not to you, you have no need to be speaking to me... Yet here you are doing both things." She stopped near him a slight growl escaping her. "Now once more, who are you?"

Ooc|| I'm so sorry, this post is so bad. My muse has died, so I tried to make it into something.
Bic||
"Granted you have no need to tell me, no one has need to do anything yet they do. For example, you have no need to be on this land which belongs not to you, you have no need to be speaking to me... Yet here you are doing both things. Now once more, who are you?"
Hah! So that was what she thought? Lies! Honestly, he had been here before this female came. He just had the intention of cutting through here since no one was here, but she showed up here. This female, this female had no idea what he was, and what he could do. He was in fact, a demon from Hell. A dam.ed wolf who had died, but refused to go to Hell. He had denied Oear, the all-powerful.
In fact, he was allowed to stay, to get revenge on his sister, who he believed to have powers given to her by the God and Goddess in Heaven. Black paws steadied themselves, aligned with his shoulders. Large talons stuck into the ground and ripped at the dirt. So badly did he want to change into his form, but he knew not to. That to do that, would lead to a bad situation. "Fine, if you must know." He said, exaggerating his words greatly, "I am Kohl, a-" Kohl paused in mid-sentence, picking the rights words to use, "a wolf of great power and someone who you do not wish to have as an enemy... However, I seem to be making a lot of them recently. Especially with those dam.n-"
His monotone vocals cut off, leaving an uncomfortable hole in the air in front of him. Already, he was saying too much, but this female intrigued him, but he was too loathsome to say so. Black scales began to grow slowly up from his paws, talons grew longer and larger, and paws began to transform. To what, one would never know for it disappeared as quickly as it showed, for Kohl seemed to notice what was happening.
Dark voids glared around quickly and rested on the female before him again, "Ok, so I was as polite as I could get, and I told you my calling. Now, what's yours? Hah, you probably want me to leave, don't you? Well, I plan on staying for now, with or without permission." There was an edge to his tone, one that was like a knife cutting into the air. What he meant about staying here, was he wanted to live here, but he had another plot of land in mind if he was to not stay here. The female, the one who told him owned the land, actually would actually be taken into high consideration and respect, if he saw her worthy of such respect as a land owner and a alpha.
It wasn't until now that he noticed the fish that was killed for no reason except for the fact that she could kill it. Staring at it, he noticed something in her that was like him and slowly, a wicked smile fell across his facade and grunt of amusement escaped his maw. "Petty thing. Deserved it though. Would've died anyway, and what better way to lose its life than to a wolf who killed it for sadistic fun." In a way, that was his way of praising her slightly, as much as he could of course. Kohl loved the sight of others dying or dead just for the hell of it, and than tossed aside, its remains to just lay and rot.

ooc: >< Wish I could do that when me muse be dead. "Fine, if you must know. I am Kohl, a- a wolf of great power and someone who you do not wish to have as an enemy... However, I seem to be making a lot of them recently. Especially with those dam.n-"
Siting down, she rolled her golden panes at his exageration... But at least he had answered her, that was a start, all be it a small one. However, what interested her most was the fact this creature talked so highly of himself, she liked that, it was arrogant true but then again she was fairly arrogant herself. She thought underselling ones self was a sigh of weakness, obviously Kohl had no such problem.
He stopped, now why was that? Well she knew why, this wolf was hiding something. True she wanted to know what but she didn't feel like having an argument about something so trivial. In truth she found this male to be interesting, more so than other she met, he was nice in some twisted way.
"Ok, so I was as polite as I could get, and I told you my calling. Now, what's yours? Hah, you probably want me to leave, don't you? Well, I plan on staying for now, with or without permission."
Kaluna sneered slightly. "I'm Kaluna... Owner of this land, not that, that matters." In truth it didn't, she was who she was no matter her position. A rank didn't define a wolf, oh no, to her the wolf defined the rank... A wolf could have the greatest rank yet be weak, so making it's rank weak. She was not weak, her rank was powered by her own strength and power, not by a foolish word or claim.
"So you're going to stay then?" She didn't overly mind him staying though she would never say such a thing. "Well if you're determined and are going to stay no matter what then I may as well agree." That was about the closest to permission she was willing to give to this male, to Kohl. "Though I would appreciate knowing how long you intend on gracing me with your presence." Her tone slipped into sarcasm as she finished her words, granted she wanted him to stay but that wouldn't stop her being rude.
"Petty thing. Deserved it though. Would've died anyway, and what better way to lose its life than to a wolf who killed it for sadistic fun."
She let out a barking laugh. "Fun indeed, though to kill something larger is of more fun... Better fight." With this she was referring to other wolves, she loved nothing more than fighting and if possible killing them. Their cries of pain and sorrow rang in her ears like sweet music.

"I'm Kaluna... Owner of this land, not that, that matters. So you're going to stay then? Well if you're determined and are going to stay no matter what then I may as well agree. Though I would appreciate knowing how long you intend on gracing me with your presence. Fun indeed, though to kill something larger is of more fun... Better fight."
While the formidable female, Kaluna, spoke Kohl listened to her intently, even if he didn't show it. Honestly, his facade had a bored expression if anything. Dark voids watched her different facial expression and audits twitched at her different tones. So, she was the one who owned the land. Land in his mind though, didn't mean anything. If you held a high position and owned the land, you had to really deserve it. You needed both the physical and mental strength for it, as well as the ability to lead. Someone who held a high position could easily be overthrown if they did not have strength to back them up.
A small sneer came across his lips as he replied, his tone still monotone. "Hah, gracing your presence." He literally spat, "I have no idea, maybe a few days, a few hours, maybe forever. Or maybe..." His voice trailed off but quickly picked up again. "I'll just stay here, and have myself graced with your presence I suppose." Whether it was sarcasm or not, one could not tell for his tone did not slip. It was not until he addressed the last thing he said that his tone filled with blood lust and the humor and seriousness of death.
"Well, I have to argue you on that. If you refer to wolves, well... That's where you run into a problem. It's such a pity though, I mean strong wolves or at least wolves who can put up a fight are so hard to come by these days." Twisted humor filled his voids and a wicked sneer appeared on him as he said more to himself, "Hah, another strong wolf left our presence not too long ago." He was referring too of course, Blood Spill. Blood Spill had been close to one of the strongest he had ever fought, but Blood Spill had fallen to his paw and he was hopefully rotting in Hell, plotting to kill the lights.
So badly was his mind turning, trying to think about how this Kaluna female saw him. True she was interesting and from what he could tell, shared a same outlook on life. "What do you think of revenge?" This time, he was staring into her cold voids, wanting a serious answer and not some stupid remark. He didn't want help with his revenge but at the same time he did. However, he was not going to let anything about him slip. Especially here and not to her- yet. His demonic secret had to be kept hidden, and only to be told at the most dire situations. Though a thought reached his mind, what if he he to 'accidentally' show her what he could do? That left him wondering...

"Hah, gracing your presence. I have no idea, maybe a few days, a few hours, maybe forever. Or maybe... I'll just stay here, and have myself graced with your presence I suppose."
Why did others always insist on dancing around the question given to them? It was thoroughly annoying and she hated it, his tone wasn't overly likable either. This male was sarcastic, true she was by no means any different but it still bugged the hell out of her. "Whatever..." She snorted slightly and lashed her tail in annoyance. "I don't care." That wasn't strictly true, this pack was low on members and she needed others to help, never would she say such a thing though. To rule land alone was no task far anyone, it was hard with a pack but without, very little chance... Yes, she needed wolves under her but also one with her, another like her... One to help her rule, one who was strong and ruthless, she knew males like this were a rare find and she had all but given up in this search of hers.
"Well, I have to argue you on that. If you refer to wolves, well... That's where you run into a problem. It's such a pity though, I mean strong wolves or at least wolves who can put up a fight are so hard to come by these days. Hah, another strong wolf left our presence not too long ago."
He was indeed right, strong wolves were hard to find, she missed the fight they gave, the only wolves around here were for the most part weak. Granted this Kohl fellow was not among the weak, she didn't have to fight him to know this much but none the less she longed for the fight that only a strong wolf could give. "Shame." A twisted smile traced across her maw. "Would have liked to have met this wolf." The usage of the word met wasn't strictly true, what she meant was fight.
"What do you think of revenge?"
He wanted a serious response, she snorted. Why the hell should she give him a straight answer when he had not done so for her.l Locking her wicked panes to his she sneered. "Revenge you ask?" She slid her form to the ground, not overly because she felt safe but more because she couldn't be bothered sitting. "Revenge should be carried out at all costs and inflicted as painfully as possible, causing as much humiliation as you can unless death is the goal." That was her true view on revenge, she rarely spoke about what she felt she found it... Trivial, to say the least. However, in this circumstance she saw no problem since he had put the question to her.
Flicking her violet hued tail she yawned before speaking once more. "Why do you ask?"
